Our website is connected to online acquiring. After placing an order through the contact center, our staff will send you an individual link for payment. You can pay for the order with Visa, MasterCard, and MIR credit cards. Upon confirming the order conditions, a secure window with the payment page will open, where you need to enter your credit card details. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Security Policy

When paying for an order with a credit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has undergone international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration information, etc.) does not enter the online store, and its processing is completely protected. No one, including our online store, can access the customer's personal and banking data. When working with card data, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a standard developed by international payment systems Visa and Mastercard, is applied to ensure the secure processing of the cardholder's details. The technology used for data transmission guarantees the security of transactions with bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code protocols, and closed banking networks with the highest level of protection.

Payment Rules and Payment Security

Payment is made with bank cards through QIWI Bank (JSC), license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2241. VISA, MasterCard, and MIR cards are accepted for payment. On the page for entering credit card details, you will need to enter the following: the card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional Identification Code for MIR). All the necessary information can be found on the card itself, and the security code (CCV) is a three-digit number located on the back of the card. After this, you will be directed to your bank's page to enter the security code, which you will receive via SMS. If the code does not arrive, you should contact the bank that issued the card.

Shipping is carried out within 5 business days after payment of the order. Typically, we ship on the third day. Delivery is done through the EMS courier service. The total delivery time to the buyer in Russia usually takes 7-20 days.

Return of a quality product is accepted no later than 14 days after receiving the item. The return is only accepted if the product's appearance and original packaging are preserved. Underwear, pajamas, bed linen, personal hygiene items, cosmetics and perfumes, jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange. In this case, the buyer bears the shipping cost. The refund is processed within 10 business days after the return of the product to the online store. Return of defective products (discrepancy with the original order, defects, malfunctions) is processed after confirming the quality discrepancy by sending photos to the address [email protected].

Refund Policy
